Very BAD experience

I contracted for a 72 hour rush on 11/24/12 with no upfront fee and a charge of $200 when my vehicle was assigned, and $500. to driver on delivery. I received an e-mail back that my move was active, my start date for pick-up was 11/27. On 11/26/12 with no prior e-mail my account was charged $250.00. I called and S/W Kirby and got no answer as to why they charged me $250. except maybe it was because of the holiday, and he could not tell me who was assigned. But now I would pay $450. on delivery. He told me if I wasn't satisfied I could cancel. I received an e-mail on 11/28 to say pick up would be 11/29. I found out from the seller that the driver was delayed and P/U wasn't until 11/30, one day after contracted pick up date, for which I paid extra. Then I was told by Kirby I would be refunded $200.00 and pay driver $650. When I did not receive a refund, called and S/W Kirby, told him I didn't like that I should pay driver $650. when my $200. wasn't refunded yet. He said he wasn't trying to steal my money, I could call my bank and reverse the charge if I wanted but I needed to pay $650. on delivery. He told me I was difficult to deal with and never to call him again because I upset him. What he failed to see was I was upset because they took an unauthorized amout of Money($250), from my account, and without telling me who my vehicle was assigned to as stated in the contract.. Finally on 12/1 the $200. hit my account, and at 9:00pm that night I received my vehicle. I realize that overall time wise the move went OK. But I have very bad feelings about how this company does business, and since I paid extra for a rush pick up and they failed to pick up in 72 hours, I think they owe me a refund. FYI: I had a CDL for 30 years, and hauled freight cross country.
