Gave me the wrong number for the driver (provided number with six, not seven digits). Gave the driver a wrong number and info to contact me, despite regularly calling, texting, and emailing me prior to scheduled pickup. This resulted in the driver not being able to pick up my vehicle. Then left me high and dry, providing no support or backup following this snafu, repeatedly promising and not delivering. Charged my credit card AFTER they emailed me to let me know of this cancelation. Would never recommend.
