These people are terrible.

- Late for pick up by 6 hours (It's frustrating that you have to take a day off to sit at home and wait and wait...)

- Kept postponing delivery date (Car was delivered to car yard on Saturday, we had previously scheduled a Monday door-to-door delivery... Monday I called they said oh you lived too far from us, maybe Tuesday. Tuesday I called they said uh not today, Wednesday for sure. Wednesday morning I called and they said probably this afternoon. Called in afternoon they said uh maybe tonight. Ended up getting my car at 9PM after waiting for the whole day!!! Seriously? Do these people think I have nothing else better to do?!?!)

- So the day after I got my car... got I call by shipper saying that they LOST MY CASHIER'S CHECK! what? and they wanted me to go to the bank and RE-ISSUE ANOTHER CASHIER'S CHECK! That sounded quite fishy. The shipper told me he couldn't find the check. So I went to the bank, and GUESS WHAT? SOMEONE HAD ALREADY CASHED THE CHECK! These people were trying to scam me and get another check!
