Poor Service

had an existing order with AmeriFreight for $690. Based upon Nick's (ETS) commitment that he could pick up the car in Cortez on Wednesday Feb 1st, I canceled the AmeriFreight contract. I would have the car by Friday Feb 3rd.

On Friday Feb 3rd, the truck had not picked up the order. Nick said the car would be picked up Saturday.

On Monday Feb 6th, Nick informed that he will be going with a different truck.

The car was delivered on Tuesday Feb 7th.

I initated almost all conversations on status. I have requested a partial refund for the amount I paid for shipping versus the lower rate I was going to pay Amerifreight. I have received no response from DAS or Nick (ETS).
