Don't bother if you have a specific timeline

In a word, my experience was substandard. Calling was easy, I explained my constraints on time and when I needed the car delivered. The first person I spoke with assured me that the expedited 72 hour service was the one I needed and that a pickup by 8 Aug with delivery after 15 Aug was no problem. I explained that I was leaving town on 9 Aug. No problem they said. As you might imagine by the rating, it is the night of 8 Aug and my car is still in the driveway. I called on the 7th, no issues with my shipment, said Kirby. Call on the 8th, three tries to get through. All of a sudden there are issues with needing delivery after the 15th. The next thing I know, I get an email saying there will be a 3 to 4 day delay in the route. Given my timeline, I cancelled my service with them.
