Failure to pick up vehicle

Confirmed 72 hour pick-up. Gave deposit per credit card. ...paid extra $200.00 for guaranteed 72 hour pick up.Was notified by seller (not carrier) that there would be a 48 hour delay. Received, instead of a phone call, an e-mail from carrier that delivery had been cancelled. Another shipper had posted as receiving the job. I did not book shipment with another carrier. I did request a quote from the other shipper, which they failed to even provide. My shipment was cancelled . No charges were posted, as far as I know.

Messages left for customer service were never returned.
