Poor service

I've a bad experience with these guys. Simon was very persistent after I request a Quote and followup with me several times (over phone, txt and mail). After I approved the quote/invoice to move my car from Philly to Phoenix...problems started. The original drivers/move company they hired bailed out and the day they're supposed to pickup the car (Tuesday) I got a new name and a new quote (adding $150 to my original one...justifying it will be now a 2 drivers team to get the car delivered in ~3 days. After telling the person who was delivering the car for me 4 (four!) times a specific time for pickup and not showing up (yes..this means they range of 2 hrs was never full filled 4 times) the car was finally picked up on Thursday 9 pm. After that...i had to followup with at least 8 txt and 4 calls to find how who has my car. The "Driver" # they provided was another dispatcher who didn't provide any information on delivery. Finally I was able to communicate with the driver on Saturday who promised the car delivered by Sunday...then Monday..then Tuesday. On Tuesday I had a call with "Eddy" who didn't want to provide his last name who put it on hold 5 times for a total of 47 mins in wait time..to just explain this was "logistics..so is not exact". Really? In the era of Google Maps and 100s of apps you can;t tell me where the car is or when will it be delivered? Finally on Wed. I got a txt at 9:15 am from the driver asking me to receive the car at 10:00 am. So...$1090 and 9 days later from original time of pick up..I've my car.
