Dream Auto Transport was polite and prompt in getting a quote to us. But once we were assigned a carrier, "Falcon Transport", they were no longer helpful in anyway. They would not take any responsibility for the carrier. Needless to say the car arrived damaged. The carrier would not return any calls, and to this day has not. I sent Dream Auto Transport pictures of the car and its condition on the CARRIER, and pictures of the car when it was delivered on a FLATBED TRUCK! Some where along the way it was unloaded off the carrier and loaded up on a truck. It was delivered a day and half late and at night after dark. The damage was assessed by a licensed repair shop. The amount was for $638.95, nothing padded. But no one will take the responsibility for this damage. Falcon Transport will not take care of it because their insurance does not cover it, their deductible is more than that. This we found out from their insurance carrier ourselves, because like I said they won't return any calls. Even though we were assured the vehicle would be insured for any damage. And Dream Auto Transport will not stand behind who they assigned to take the vehicle. They also told us to take Falcon Transport to small claims court. Isn't that great. We live in Florida and they are out of Connecticut.. They know the damage was done but will do nothing for their customer. And yes we were Dream Auto Transport's customer, they are the ones we paid and had all our dealings with. I would not recommend them to any one. There follow up is terrible. By the way, they were going to look into it some more and get back to us, that was weeks ago

This Complaint is completely false we have been doing everything in our power to get Falcon Auto transport to own up to the damages. We gave the customer the information to make the insurance claim. But yet we are not assisting. We are still going through it with the carrier company on the customers behalf even after this review was left. The issue with the damages is that customer signed the carrier bill of Laden saying there was nothing wrong with the vehicle that every thing was in the same condition as when it was picked up. The clients didn't read the paper work before they signed and is now pointing the finger at Dream auto transport . SO PLEASE PEOPLE IF YOU TRANSPORT A CAR AND THE VEHICLE IS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVES PLEASE DON'T SIGN THE BILL OF LADEN FORM. Just pay the driver and have him sign a receipt.
