I recognize all brokers are different and no one knows for sure when they will broker a load but...

Door To Door not charging a deposit until the load was filled caught my eye.

I had this load with another carrier for two weeks. Door To Door only had it a couple days before getting it filled.

After trying National Auto Shipping and Direct Express Auto (Had to cancel orders with both) I'm calling Door To Door first from now on. This is unfortunate because Manny at National Auto Shipping bent over backwards to get a load booked but unfortunately when the vehicle arrived (January 2011) the moonroof was open and non functional. National Auto Shipping's customer service department never returned two messages I left about it over a weeks time. Fortunately it was so cold there was no snow melt damage to the interior of the car and the moonroof ended up being a minor issue. It simply needed to be "recalibrated" because the battery went dead. National Auto Shippings unwillingness to even return a call regarding the issue was a major red flag for me.
