The worst company on any level i have used in my life, unproffesional, rude, and out right fraud.

I needed to transport a car i had purchased off of ebay from Wi. to N.Y., i went on the internet and filled out a form and i recieved 10 quotes to do so. With out knowing how this transporting of a car worked i hired the lowest number company at $535.00 to transport my car. i didnt read reviews and i didnt understand at that point how the brokers got the deal to the actual transporter and started with one company not door to door. They took a deposit and never returned my phone calls. Well after 2 days of no contact with them i then started to understand how the system works.

FYI its very simple you make a request on the internet on any site and you move goes to 20 or so brokers at a time and they then send you a quote. Every broker has almost the same system they take a deposit by credit card, that deposit is usually there fee, then the balance you pay to the driver that transports your car when you recieve it . Pretty simple they use a network to put the job out for bid. First company put mine out for $.41 per mile which later i found out from lola would not of had the car moved ever, no driver will go out for under $.53 per mile the average seems to be about $.55 to $.62 cents per mile as lola from door to door then exsplained to me.

So after the first broker went south i then had some understanding on how everything worked and i was ready to hire a real company that could get it done. I spoke with lola from door to door. When i spoke to her she exsplained everything to a tee, she is very well informed on how to transport a car. I exsplained what happened to me with my previous broker and told her that it was a ebay purchased car and had a time line of when he car had to be picked up by. This was a thursday and the car needed to be picked up no later then monday at 10:00 p.m.. She had quoted me $635 for the move originally, i said to her lets make it alittle more attractive and increase it to $675, which really wasnt alot of money but figured anything extra would help get it done. Lola told me great i will work on it and she felt she could get it done. They exsplained to me that it would be one truck from Wi. to my bussiness no taking off and putting on to another truck and delaying the move or taking the chance of something happening while taking it off. She also exsplained to me that they would not take there fee "which was only $75.00" until the driver was dispacted to the car. I was so impressed and amazed be her knowledge that i wanted to use her even if she would of came back and asked for more money because at this point i needed it done.

The next day on friday at 3 p.m. i called her and i spoke with her son. He explained he had great news there was a trailer in the area and he would email all the details that the car was getting picked up on saturday and should be to me by monday night or tuesday the latest. I was amazed, i recieved a email later telling me the transport company was redline auto transporter out of chicago with there number and was informed they were charging my card. So i then passed this information on to the seller that i bought the car from and he made arrangements to be home saturday to wait for the trailer.

I then called the redline auto transporter # door to door gave me and found out they gave me the wrong phone number . So i figured know big deal was a mistake and called back dooor to door, cause if you read there web site they have 24 hrs 7 day a week dispatch, "NOPE" when i called there was know answer, when i emailed there was know reply.I new now that the bs was starting already. Finally saturday at about 10:38 a.m. lola emails the correct phone number. Never called, never said it was a mistake and she corrected it nothing. So now i start to call the right redline auto on my own. I called all weekend and they were closed until monday, they never dispacted a truck to go pick up my car for saturday that door to door new on friday, and the seller sat around all day on saturday for know reason. I then called and emailed door to door all weekend with no responce. I was panicing what to do now hire another trailer company or wait because my time was about to exspire for which i needed to have the car picked up.

Finally monday morning 10:00 a.m. after sending dozens of emails and phone calls i recieve a phone call from john lolas son i think the owner of this mom and pop operation asking me whats the problem he spoke with the transportor they picked up in one ring the car was being picked up monday night, he was going to speak to them and call me back with a time. Never called me back i had to call redline my self and put everything together. Finally after calling redlines dispatcher mike, there driver petco, and the seller of the car, it was picked up that night no help from door to door.

Then i find out from redline that the car was going to be transported by a 3 car trailer to chicago then unloaded in a lot, then reloaded to a 10 car trailer, then finally moved to my bussiness. I was pist. Every thing door to door said was a lie, Was not picked up on time, no 24 hr live service, no control over there brokered deal, the worst communication, they say they are owners of there own trailers but i have found out they dont own a single truck, they are not registered with the bbb, and now my car would be moved from truck to truck and be delayed from being deliviered. On on top of all of that i had to basically broker the deal my self. So sent all this to lola and exsplained that i was going to put this in a review so everyone new how they do bussiness.

With in minutes i recieved 20 phone call in a row from door to doors office from lolas son, threatening me that he was having the car sent back to WI. were it was picked up from, he was canceling the contract, never call or email him again, he didnt care that the driver that already had the car on his transporter wasnt going to get paid, basically going on and on like a baby would. He then called the seller directly and treatend him and told him the car was coming back to his home, lol lol he was so upset he was going to get a bad review he lost it. I thought it was funny a grown man could actually sound like that. Then he promised me he was refunding my money on the spot which still has not happened yet, but any way i will stop payment from my bank and have it returned. Thank god for redline auto cause even thow they had to cancel the transport the left it in chicago and i had another transporter lined up in about 2 hours. Door to door transport promised the car would be returned to the owner, another lie lolol, i got it done on my own for the same money you really dont need to have a brain to get a car moved.

In closing door to door in my opion is a mom and pop company that has no idear how to conduct bussiness in a manner that is mature and be a real broker for there client, they are hotted headed, foul mouthed and have no idear what communication is and try to treat people like trash. I have now opened a case with the bbb and with the liencing division for there brokers licence hopefully i will get it suspended, there ad is false on the internet, please beware of this company they know what there are doing when it comes to moving a car but the have no clue how to treat people or act like adults.I also have seen online from other bad reviews that this is a company that was originally in las vegas and now they reopend under this new name and there previous company was shut down but i have no facts to support that. Hope this review helps someone not make the same mistake i made with this so called broker!!!

We want to thank Chris for his input in this matter. He makes some good points but is leaving out some key facts. When Chris contacted us, he clearly was frustrated due to waiting 2 weeks to move his car dealing with several other companies. The fact is this order was placed on Fri. 9/17, car was picked up on 9/20 and delivered 9/24 in perfect condition. We were warned from the pickup party(whom Chris bought the car from) that chris was highly combative and a disturbed individual. Against better judgement we moved forward with Chris, which proved hurtful for all parties involved. We take full responsibility for any stress or heartache caused in this matter. We as a company will learn and grow from this and have faith that this review will show all of our reviews are legitimate, uncompensated and done out of kindness. We wish Chris the best moving forward and hope he can find peace in this process. As far as the slander of being another company. We are a family owned and operated company since existence out of South Florida. Motor Carrier # 684008
