This was my first auto transport, and the experience was great! I shipped a Honda Accord from Fremont, CA to Long Island, NY. Many other transport companies were charging about $925 and higher. Door to Door gave the best rate at $845. Mr.Kelly the coordinator was very informative and made the process very easy. They fully insured the car during the transport. They also offered to put up to 100lbs of items in the trunk. I called a week before to have the car shipped and I gave a two day window for pick-up. The driver, David, came on the first day available. He was very professional and kept me up to date on the transport. An inspection was done and the car was loaded on to the truck. They estimated a 7-10 day delivery. It came exactly in 7 days! The driver informed me the day before the delivery and gave an approximate pick up time. I came and picked up the car, did another inspection, no theft, no damages, no scratches. It was an excellent experience. I would definitely use this service in the future and highly recommend it to others.
