I would like to give you my deepest and most heartfelt thanks for the incredibly Wonderful way you worked to get my vehicle delivered to me from NY to NM recently. I was, at the beginning, unsure about what to expect, having never transported a vehicle before and hearing mixed opinions online about people's experiences with other companies but I felt reassured and confident in the good choice I'd made in using You as my transport company when I received your very reasonable quote and then spoke with Mikela. She is wonderful! She was sincere, caring, helpful, went out of her way to help and explain every step of the process, I am so incredibly pleased with my experience using Door to Door Transport, you are wonderful! That feeling was further reinforced after I spoke with Mikela and continued to be reinforced the entire way through the dispatcher who actually shipped the car.. CARLOS, the driver was the most friendly, amazing man who called days before to let me know he was on his way..he called the day before Thanksgiving to say he was heading our way and then, on Friday, he called (ahead of schedule!) and said he would be here to deliver the vehicle later that afternoon..he called when he arrived in town and it wasn't long until we saw his transport vehicle right in front of our home..he was GREAT..unloaded my car, it was the Happiest Reunion!!! The car was dirty but it was in perfect condition, I have never felt so relieved and happy, wow!
I truly cannot thank you enough, I am so happy with this experience and there aren't words sufficient to tell you just how much I appreciate your work and service. I would love to be able to thank Carlos, as well, but I don't have contact information for him. If you speak with him, please tell him thank you, again, from me..or if you might have his contact information as well, I would like to write him a note and thank him for his conscientious great work and service, too.
