During the month of December I contracted Door To Door to transport my vehicle from NY to California.
Due to a series of unfortunate circumstances,including weather the vehicle was not picked up
After using an alternate method of transport I was contacted by Kelly.(a principal @ Door To Door)
Kelly expressed his concerns with the situation and the intention of somehow rectifying the situation .
Kelly then agreed to reimburse me for a portion of my losses due to the mishap .
In my opinion this shows a true concern to keep his companies good name untarnished.
Mind you Door to Door never charged me a dime ...I commend Kelly's actions and very pleased to have done business with him.
