I originally hired Stateway Auto Transport at the end of November 2013 to ship my car at the end of December. After repeated calls to both Kim and Andy, no response. They never picked up my vehicle. I had to reschedule a flight, rent a car. They never refunded my deposit. I contacted the Better Business Bureau.

I called Roy at Door to Door Transport on a Wednesday afternoon and my car was picked up early Thursday morning. They were able to deliver it to me from NH to Florida Saturday afternoon, a day early. I paid $895, very similar to other transport companies.

Door to Door Transport saved me. This is the only company I will use to ship my car in the future.
