Loretta at Door to Door Transport was awesome. She was communicative both by phone AND email (the latter of which is very important to me). She was also very flexible as to where the vehicle would be picked up and who would give the key, as my flight out didn't exactly line up with when the car would be picked up. The car was picked up on the early side of the window, and I remember being pleasantly surprised when the car arrived just as quickly. It desperately needed a bath but I expect that's typical with all the weather it might have come through over the long distance. They also pointed out to me a defect in the vehicle I hadn't been aware of (before transport) so I am grateful. I would definitely use them again and wouldn't worry about that part of such a big move.
