Definitely different

From the very first conversation with Alex I sensed something was pleasantly different with this company.

I had talked to several auto carriers and brokers in my attempt to bring my car up from S. Florida to Atlanta. The carrier I had contracted with cancelled twice at the last minute over a two-week period. Apparently he got a higher offer on another car and decided not to transport mine. You can imagine my frustration and impact to my plans. In researching and communicating with many companies in this industry, I came to the conclusion that this was a buyer-beware industry. There are perhaps a few reputable companies, but there is fierce and unethical competition for the our business.

Alex seems to have a distinctly different approach to doing business. His philosophy seems to be to tell the customer the truth. He advised me on my options and the step-by-step process for securing a carrier and getting my car to me. He delivered on everything he said. What impressed me most about him was that he didn't resort to bashing his competition in order to differentiate his company.

I could have probably paid a little less to transport my car, but who knows, when everyone else was simply making attractive promises. If you desire or demand the assurance of not being jerked around, and if you hate unpleasant and stressful last-minute surprises, then Alex is a cut-above.

I would highly recommend using Alex and Door to Door Auto Transport.
