My inexperience at shipping a car ceased to be an issue when I worked with Naomi Denham. She answered all my questions, provided information on which I had no questions and was an absolute pleasure throughout the process.

Because I had no experience in shipping a car, I asked for advice from friends and family. All provided me with their experiences both good and bad. All suggested I go to the internet to educate myself and so I did.

The internet really was quite helpful and is how I arrived at Naomi’s company. Actually, I approached two companies. But of the two companies, it was Naomi who actually read and understood my note.

I believe I started my sear for an auto transport in November. In my note, I was clear that it was my first foray into shipping a car and that I would not be shipping it until late January at the earliest.

Naomi called within moments of me hitting the send button on my email. She clearly understood my need, my inexperience and my schedule. The other party that called clearly did not read my entire note.

Since I told Naomi my shipping schedule was open, she simply called periodically to follow-up. When the final order was placed, all went exactly as Naomi said it would.

I am a happy customer.
