Thank you so very much for the GREAT 5 Star Review Jake. It was my pleasure working with you to get your vehicle transported. Also thank you for the feedback. I will pass this on to upper management. I would like to point out we do more though than contact the transporter. We do all the customer service and are the go between during the whole process. The actual transporter does not have the time or desire to handle all the paperwork, questions, or contact to keep a customer informed like we do. We also do all the qualifying of the carriers as far as making sure they are properly licensed and insured so you and your vehicle are protected. There is much on the back end that the customer does not see or even realize has gone on. I hope this helps. Once again Thank you, ~Sheila Paquette
