Sheila did a great job with coordinating the transportation of my vehicle. She was kind and polite when ever I spoke to her and also very honest with everything. Sheila tried to help me with anything she could whether it be understanding something or how everything was going to work. She helped with finding a great driver also which she had said she had trusted. Taken with the way she handled herself I trusted in her decisions. She was very proffesional and because of her I will be more than willing to use Domestic Transport again. Great job Sheila and thank you for all your hard work.
Although if I were to change anything with the way Domestic Transport worked would really only have to do with the pricing. It seemed a bit expensive due to the fact all Domestic Transport does is contact other companies to do the transportation and they fill out most of the paperwork. Also I believe that they should also include a larger military discount than $25 dollars because with prices like that it really doesn't put a dent in the price.

I would like to point out we do more though than contact the transporter. We do all the customer service and are the go between during the whole process. The actual transporter does not have the time or desire to handle all the paperwork, questions, or contact to keep a customer informed like we do. We also do all the qualifying of the carriers as far as making sure they are properly licensed and insured so you and your vehicle are protected. There is much on the back end that the customer does not see or even realize has gone on. I hope this helps. Once again Thank you, ~Sheila Paquette
