Dishonesty

This was my very first experience with having a car shipped.. I turned down other companies based on this rep's word that she would keep in contact with me... She DID NOT!.. Placed the order on MON. 1/31.. she stated that she'd call on the next day.. she DID NOT!..So, I ended up having to call her a week later..MON. 2/7.. I left a message with the person answering their phones.. waited an hour... NO RETURN CALL.. I then called Naomi again... placed on hold.. and she tells me that she was surely going to call me before me she left work that day..She DID NOT!.. So after being assured and convinced by Naomi that she would communicate with me to make this an easy process, I canceled my order... because... she DID NOT! Very disappointed because a week of my time has been wasted...

If you are looking for GREAT customer service please contact Domestic Auto Transport and ask for Naomi Sheree, I am sorry that you feel you did not receive the 5 star service that I myself and our company are known for. I am sorry there was a communication err on both of our parts. I did return your call Wednesday evening but was unable to reach you. I hope your daughter enjoys her new residence and wish you and your family nothing but the best. Thanks again for the review Naomi
