More expensive than other quotes, but performed as promised to the letter

Brenda exceeded my expectations in courtesy and communication. Had it not been for an epic snow storm delaying transport, it would have been exactly on time.

My only concern - and this is more with the industry than this company - is that I received a lot of quotes that were lower and it ended up costing more than originally quoted and more than I hoped. Other companies quote something very low to get the business and didn't deliver. Brenda told me up front what she thought it would take. He directness and honesty was why I went with Domestic. It cost $70 more than the original quote, but she let me know as soon as the driver was in touch and gave me the choice to take it or wait.

I'd definitely do business with these folks again and encourage others to be wary of low ball quotes.
