First time shipping my car cross-country from the Midwest to Washington state. Was charged a deposit of $263 only after my car was picked up and only after verification via phone. Met truck driver at a parking lot to load my car. Was told it was ok to ship items in car trunk if under <75lbs and not visible from outside, so took advantage of that and saved on shipping costs a bit. Truck driver didn't ask me anything about contents of my trunk, just did a quick damage inventory. Received car in new city 7 days later, was able to communicate with driver via his cell phone for updates on arrival time. Truck driver was courteous and nice. Noticed that my muffler was very wobbly after transport and had to get a new hanger for it, but I did not notice this until later and even then cannot say definitively that it was not wobbly before transport. In any case, was an easy fix. Overall a successful first time car-shipping experience. Would trust to use this company again. Holly was always very informative and honest.
