Overall, not a bad experience. Elizabeth explained the whole process and we tried to get a carrier for a slightly lower price but I ended up having to pay more to get a carrier to pick up the vehicle. Apparently Colorado and Rhode Island aren't attractive states for car transporters. Once a carrier was located, I was told the pickup would be picked up on the following Monday but my vehicle wasn't picked up until Tuesday. I was told they would try and maintain the same delivery day - the following Saturday. It showed up Sunday evening. I suppose for the money, I could have made a big deal out of it, but I was just happy to get the truck. It did show up toward early evening and it was getting dark out, so I was a bit worried about the delivery 'inspection'. I really couldn't give it a thorough going over, so I just paid the driver and waited until morning to check for any damage. Luckily there was no damage, but the truck was pretty dirty. Elizabeth was responsive to my phone calls and even the drivers were friendly. In general, I suppose I would recommend them, but I would also mention that some sort of flexibility on the part of the vehicle owner is to be expected.
