So far, so great. I contacted Malia who works for DAT, which is a local company for me. She spent time with me to process me as an individual and listened to my situation and frustrations and helped me with my transport company decision making process. I explained my issues with other companies and she was able to give me a good comfort level that convinced me to choose her transport company to ship my car from Connecticut to Oregon. I believe she went above and beyond to secure me a carrier that worked with my time parameters. Keep up the good work!
