Some miscommunication but car arrived fine

I did have some problems with communication. Holly was my contact at Domestic Auto Transport (DAT). Apparently, whenever I called her to get a status update on my car and it's location, she would call my driver and the driver would assure her that he had called me and kept me in the loop. I initially posted a review that indicated how disappointed I was about the lack of communication, but it seems like the fault of the communication had more to do with the driver that had my car than DAT.

Holly and I spoke after I posted the initial review and we sorted out the confusion we experienced with the driver. She was really apologetic and I felt that she was really sincere. I also really appreciated that she took the time to contact me about her concerns. I have another car to ship in a few months and despite the communication issues, I will be willing to work with DAT again for my next car.

DAT was one of the lowest bids I received and they got the job done. My car arrived in California without any damage.
