This is my second review of the company. I got both my cars delivered from Florida to Chicago, cars were ready on Monday. They picked up on Wednesday( The driver said he would be there between 2 and 5pm, came at 7pm)- I was able to stay in touch with him on phone. The cars came Monday afternoon. Malia called me to follow up after pick-up. I was a little hesitant in the beginning due to the $50 rebate thing and writing a review. However, I am a satisfied customer:-) Malia DID explain well how this industry works well too.
