I was a first time shipping customer and Tara took as much time as needed to fully explain how the whole process would work and what to expect. Tara was extremely helpful, friendly, and patiently answered my questions in a couple of follow up calls. One of the impressive things I learned was that they only use carriers who have had no prior valid complaints, who have insurance, and who have all necessary creditials. I believe this, along with Tara's great customer skills, are keys to this company's consistent 5 Star rating.

As I agreed to ship through her company, I was confident I understood the process and was making the best choice. Everything she explained to me worked exactly as planned and promised, no surprises, no hidden costs. The vehicle was picked up and delivered within discussed timelines, exactly as promised. Tara even gave me a few tips on position placement of the vehicle on the carrier, which worked out great.

The vehicle arrived safe and sound. It ran poorly for a few minutes, but quickly normalized in a few running minutes which we attribute to all fluids settling during the shipping. Tara forwarded all necessary insurance claim information, but thankfully it was not needed.

Tara is absolutely the best to work with and I am highly satisfied with her help during the whole experience. I also highly recommend her to others and will certainly use her again in the future.
