BEWARE - AWFUL!

I paid $800 and was promised door-to-door delivery. When the broker contacted me and said that the carrier had problems delivering to Miami Beach I instructed her to find another carrier. She did and said there were no problems. Then I receive a call from my father-in-law that he had to drive 15 minutes to DROP OFF the car, for the convenience of the carrier. I was embarassed to say the least and demanded an explanation from the broker. None was ever provided. Then I had to pick up the vehicle because the carrier said he could not deliver to my door - at 10pm! Fine, I don't blame the carrier - he was doing his job. The reason we hire brokers is to do this stuff for us - like coordinate with the carrier - over an hour of my time!

The worst part of it was the customer service I received. I wrote a letter complaining to the broker and asking to be reimbursed since I did not receive the services I paid for. My letter was ignored. I wrote again. I was told that the letter was passed to the supervisor. After a week I wrote asking about status - I was again told that the letter was sent to the supervisor.

Finally - 2 weeks later I wrote and basically said look, I'm about to write my review, so far your customer service is horrible. Any thoughts? Finally the supervisor wrote back. He was rude, to the say the least and essentially told me to F-off.

If you care to waste money, not get what you paid for and be treated as if you were garbage, then you got it right here. BEWARE!!

Rob If you thought our company did and awful job, why did the driver get a nice tip from you? Sorry you were not as pleased as everyone else with our outstanding customer service. *****MALIA, Office Manager******
