I was worried my car wouldnt be there on time in DC. To my surprise I got called 6 days later, that my car is in DC ( initial transport period was projected 8 days). Unfortunately, big trucks cannot enter DC so, the transport service made a way to get the car to me right at the doorstep of the hotel I was staying at. By doing this, it made our transition from California to Washington DC pretty fluid. The good telephone manners also are exemplary as they were very professional even I think I was ticking them off, by asking too many questions about assured arrival date of my vehicle. I really appreciate your service, and i hope you help others they way you did to me.
