Kaleigh was extremely knowledgable, transparent, helpful and friendly. Pick up was on time and delivery was early - only hiccups were due to a language barrier upon pick up and minor damages upon delivery. I was charged an extra $100 because I had items from my apt in my car. I was told this carrier doesn't usually charge extra for items in the car, but alas they wouldn't budge (they wanted $200 but I got them down to $100). Delivery was early! My car looked great and just as clean as I had dropped it off - but there was a minor scratch on my front right bumper. Kaleigh called the following day to check in on my delivery - I let her know about the damage and she immediately gave me the carrier's insurance info and steps I needed to take to file a claim. The carrier was prompt, inspected damages and sent me $100 check the following week. Overall, very pleased with service.
