Poor Communication, Late Pickup

This order was booked 24 days before our first available pickup date and we allowed a three day for the pickup. Our sales contact was confident, due to the long lead time before pickup, that we'd find a carrier within our available three day window. As the pickup dates approached and I had not received any emails/calls regarding the shipment, I became nervous and called a few times asking for updates. The sales people were calm and said not to worry- It would be taken care of and last minute scheduling was common. Well, our window came and went. We hoped onto an airplane and left our cars in VT, unshipped. Fortunately, we had a good friend who was willing to take time off work to meet the driver when he arrived. Poor communication and a late pickup- They missed the mark in my opinion.

Dave, Thanks for the feedback. I am sorry that the process did not go as smoothly as anticapated.
