My experience with Domestic was not great, not bad. Bill R. was my contact person and he was very good about getting back to me when we had a problem. The only thing is.....he did nothing about the problem.

My driver called and said he wanted me to meet him in a nearby shopping center. I could NOT understand most of what the driver said. He had a very, very strong accent and Bill said the same thing. Neither of us could get the jist of his conversations and we didn't know where he was or why he didn't come to my door. The pick up address was on a large street in the suburbs with little to no traffic.

In the end Bill told me that sometimes the drivers cannot get their trucks into the development or street and one has to meet them. It was pouring rain, the driver was 5 hours late - it was evening by then and I very much minded taking my car to the truck. Domestic was one of the highest price services but I chose them because I got a good feeling about them and felt they were ligitimate. They were. However, I should have been told of the possibility of having to find the driver somewhere other than my home and they should not use a driver that barely speaks English and no one can get a word he is saying!

I asked Bill for a lesser rate based on all of this back and forth with the driver for an hour and having to find the driver and he refused. He said I should talk to the driver. Bad move.

For A+ customer service contact Bill 360-975-3198 bill@domesticautotransport.com or Instant Message me dat.billr@yahoo.com ....... Cindy, I am sorry you feel your experience wasn't a great one. Everything that took place was with in the boundries set forth in the terms and conditions as well as explained to you over the phone when we spoke and arranged your order. The fact that your claim that the driver was 5 hours late is simply unfair to say the least. It clearly states that the date and times are an estimate. There a many things thats can play a huge part in what time a driver is able to make it to a customers place for pick up or delivery. As far as meeting him a few blocks away in the rain, it was explained to as well and in the terms and conditions that the carriers do their very best to meet as close to the customers address as possible. Weight resrictions, low hanging wires, narrow streets or simply a driver uncomfortable navigating certain streets is rare in keeping them from coming to your door, but can happen. The fact that I could not just remove money from the carriers fees simply because you had to meet him a few blocks away and I told you the driver would have to be the one to agree to your request is the way the contract reads. Again I am sorry you feel the transport wasnt up to your standards or expectations. Take care
