Buyer beware. This company is all about bait and switch and total lack of correspondence once you accept the initial quote. I had not heard about my pickup and 48 hours before the scheduled date tried to call. Not only no response but they blocked my cell number with the number I gave them. I was able with a second number to call but no answer. 24 hours before pickup I was told the quote I got from them was too low and drivers were not accepting the Quixote so if I wanted my car picked up on the agreed to date I would need to increase the price. Given I was leaving Florida I had no choice and paid $400 more in order to get a driver. The classic bait and switch. Then the driver forgot to pick up the car and a second trick was dispatched with an Leighton hour delay only to find out the car would move trailers that night in Orlando. Again not what was advertised. There are more reputable companies out there. I do not trust these people any more. Don’t be fooled by how nice Melissa is when you are closing the deal. You never speak to her again and the deal is not a deal
