Steve got me a truck within one day for $100 less than his original quote. He said even if he had to pay more for the truck, he'd deduct the difference from his commission. When the first truck broke down 100 miles away from my pickup, he got me another carrier within 6 hours and the car was picked up the same day. While the new truck charged him more money, he dropped his commisson so I paid exactly waht he said it would cost. He's a great guy to deal with, is always accessible and looking to help, and was very honest. Although his initial quote wasn't the lowest I got, the final cost was close to the lowest and the service was excellent. Will never use anyone else from now on. Great job, Steve!
