When I was first looking for a company, I read good things about Steve and his Discount Auto And Truck Transporters (AAA). I also liked that his website explained things thoroughly and honestly. His commitment to the price not going up after agreed upon, was also a huge plus for me. I respected that if the carrier fee would increase, the deposit Steve/AAA got would take the hit and not me.
I called Steve before committing to AAA and he spent a large amount of time on the phone with me. He answered all my questions honestly and completely. I was impressed that I kept him on the phone for so long, asking him question after question and he patiently helped me - without any pressure to book with him. In fact, given my timeline, he encouraged me to wait a few days and call him back before we tried to move forward. He could easily have pressured me to book with him right then, but he didn't and he put my needs first. When I did call him back a few days later, he worked quickly to get my paperwork started and my car assigned to a carrier.
My car actually got picked up right on the first evening it was available and arrived in CA safely a day early! On top of all that great news, Steve was able to get a carrier for $50 LESS than what he'd quoted. The carrier driver was friendly, my car got here safely, and now the headache of getting my car shipped is over. I appreciate Steve's help and I would absolutely use AAA again!
