I would use again and do recommend this company. I researched on line and booked on line, which was convenient. All of my questions were answered on line. I was called as requested 24 hours before delivery as I knew the truck would not be able to deliver at my address. I was told at that time they would be making a delivery 75 miles from my city. I ask to be called at that time as well as I needed to get transportation to delivery site and I would give them close location for us to meet. I was not called until transport arrived in my city. However, they had found location close to my house and delivered car to my house and I took driver back to their location. I found their plan to be more satisfactory than mine..
