I thought the web site of Auto Transport Direct could provide more information. I booked the move a few months in advance and then when it came time to get the auto ready I was not sure of the names and contact numbers I had entered on the order. I had to leave the auto with a local moving company because we were leaving town. I was not sure if I put in my cell phone number or the direct number to the person at the local moving company. So I went to the web site to try to pull up my order and see the details I had entered. I could not find a way to get to that information. Overall I was please with the price and service that was provided. I could not have moved the auto cheaper by driving it myself. The driver treated the auto with care when it was delivered even thought it was a cold and rainy day.
