The pick up and drop off was right on time and the cost was reasonable. The carrier had nice new equipment and is was compact enough to get into my neigborhood. Only negative was that the car arrived in Cincinnati mid afternoon and I had to leave work early to meet the driver and was not given adequate arrival time.
