These guys are dishonest and tricky. I am not sure if what they do is legal.
They say cash or money order only. But when they bring the car they only take cash. Why?
Also they advertise they deliver from door to door. But they did deliver my car to my door not even close. They delivered my car to Alexandria VA instead of Arlington VA. when I asked why, they said it's a 16 wheeler. What's this got to do with delivering to a different town? So we had to take a taxi that cost us $50 to get the car and when we got there they only took cash otherwise they will not deliver our car. When a company says cash only and lie about it on their website, I say these guys are crooks. Maybe other people don't care but I do. I will never use this company again.

Our outstanding record, including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, speaks for itself. We are sorry customer Mark Laty feels that way. The driver was instructed by us to accept a money order and changed it to cash without our knowledge or approval. We will deal with him separately. It appears the driver did get as close as possible to Mr. Laty, less than four miles due to residential restrictions, so the supposed $50 cab ride seems odd. On the bright side, we delivered Mr. Latys car from Arizona to Virginia in only six days. We wish Mark Laty lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
