this was the first time having a vehicle shipped. i called around to different companies and Direct Express Auto Transport had the best quote so i decided to go with them. My vehicle was picked up on time at the location i named. When i called customer service to check on status of car or had questions someone was always there to answer my call. they were very nice and always got back to me if they were unable to answer my question at that time. my car arrived earlier than expected which was wonderful and i was able to pick my car up 2 days early.
