This was my first time to ship a car. The whole process was smooth - getting info, starting the proceedure, notifying me of pick up, calling me 1 hour ahead of pickup, watching the man putting the car on the transport, watching him being so careful lining up my car and explaining where he goes next and approximate time of delivery so I could notify person receiving the car. Delivery was made with calls to the receiver and delivered on time.
