I was advised of pickup date two days prior to the first pickup date I had provided. Driver called day before. Our house (pickup location) is in a gated community with narrow roads. Driver parked in an accessible safe loading spot a couple of miles away. I met him with car. He drove me back to my house, then took the car to load it on the carrier. Driver was great!! Car made it to Virginia on time.
