Money not refunded

Hi,

I booked a car to ship from IN to DE and I cancelled it 2 days later because of the condition of the car.
I got my money deducted from my account the next day I cancelled the shipping and I called them couple of times regarding the money to be refunded.
Its a been a week and the money has not been refunded to my account.

Our outstanding record speaks for itself. Actually we processed this refund last week when he requested. Mr. Bejjanki Shravanthi evidently did not understand that it takes the merchant gateway banking system 2 or 3 business days to route refunds back to his card. Had he been a tad more patient, he likely would see it today or tomorrow, depending on his bank card issuer not ours. I think the weekend not being business days kinda tripped Mr. Shravanthi up. Thats okay - we understand. We wish Mr. Bejjanki Shravanthi lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
