After a frustrating week of poor responsiveness and broken promises from Wise Auto Transport, Direct Auto Express picked up the slack. They were responsive from the first phone call- I got a live person each time. Pioneer express promptly picked up my car and delivered it on time a week and half later. Direct Auto Express' owner really means everything he says on his website about customer service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to transport a car. Thanks so much.
But please do not use Wise Auto- they make promises they certainly don't keep. And they do not follow up promptly. At one point,it appeared Heidi and Reuben were actively avoiding my calls!
