Our driver was not only prompt, he was early which worked out fabulously for us as we had to get to an appointment to pick up our new car. He was extrememly thorough and our transfer went seamlessly. Our transport company called us ahead of time to let us know that our vehicle had arrived at it's destination. I was very surprised that it got there so quickly! On the California end they were very accomodating to the recipient of the car as to his work schedule. All in all the experience was a positive one in all aspects.
