I knew nothing about the business of having my sports car hauled from one part of the country to another so went online and compared Direct Express Auto Transport with eight other auto haulers and liked Direct Express best for the following reasons: their service rep was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, intelligent and professional. She explained how their system worked and then answered questions I had, all to my satisfaction. I checked their record with FMSCA and it was good. After signing on with Direct Express, I received follow-up emails from them guiding me through the process; all was made very understandable and simple for me. Their price was among the lowest quoted and I felt confident they would find a trucker who would handle my car safely and they did. The trucker was available within a day or so of my request, he arrived on time, was personable and professional and I knew when he took my car that it would be in safe hands. When I received it, it was clean and undamaged. I am a very satisfied customer and would use this company again. Thank you DIRECT EXPRESS!!
