The delivery was prompt and on time as expected. I was originally told that the vehicle would be picked up on a Tuesday but it didn't happen until Friday that week. Despite the delay and a really heavy snow storm, the car arrived in a very timely manner, only two days later than originally promised. The driver was courteous and didn't mind to answer my phone calls and questions about his estimate of the time of the delivery. Upon arrival, he told me lost 2 1/2 days because of the snow storm and would have arrived on time otherwise. I was shipping an expensive vehicle and the driver told me he put it on the top rack so that it wouldn't get spills from above. I had not asked for this. A very positive experience overall. Would definitely use the company again.
