Time frame was as advertised...I gave a 4 day window (and they picked up on the 2nd day of window). I was notified a few days prior to pickup with a 4 hour window. I received a text day of with a hour arrival notice. The driver was very professional and found a safe location a block away for pickup. We had a cross country transport (Florida to Arizona) arriving in 4 days. Once again the same driver gave a advance text day prior and again a hour before delivery. I would definitely use this service again.
