The only issue was that initially a driver agreed to haul my car, but backed out. This made my delivery date 2 days later because my car was placed in line again. The driver that did end up hauling my car was exemplary. Great communication and very friendly. I would recommend them. In fact, I am about to use Direct Express again for another car purchase.
