I had my Toyota 4-runner shipped from California to Michigan. Everything worked out as stated on the Website. The email and phone calls/texts were both timely and accurate. I only wish other online services were as simple and problem free as this was. My truck arrived looking exactly as it did when I shipped it. The driver was careful during both the loading and unloading process. He was also both kind and courteous. For my money, Direct Express Auto Transport is the way to go, and I would not hesitate to use this service again.
