My Cx-5 Transport was assigned to This company Through another company. I choose the most economical option for shipping which put the pick up date a possible 7 days out from the day I completed the online forms. On the 4th day I was Emailed Notifying me my cx-5 was going to be picked up today. I txt my sales guy to tell him it was going to be picked up to get it ready, but he replied it was just picked up and on its way to me. The company or driver notified the dealer prior to pick up so they had a chance to clean it up although the 500+ miles added some dirt and bugs!
I waited around knowing I would need to be home to receive my new car about 1pm I txt the Number in the email received from the company. I got a response back quickly the driver was radioed to see his time they gave me a 2 hour from now, and he was right on time. the driver drove his comercial truck as close to my home as he could which was pretty close, then driving my cx-5 to my front door for me. The driver seemed really friendly and professional I looked over my car other then the bugs and dirt every thing looked good and matched the description diagram thing from the dealer that they both had to sign off on.
Over all I'm happy I Didn't put 513 miles on my new car + the time it would take. definitely was worth it to me!
